Junior Growth Marketer – E-Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to help build and scale our new e‑commerce shop within the Pflegewegweiser health‑tech scale‑up. You will own the paid acquisition engine, develop creative assets, design marketing funnels and continuously optimise the full customer journey from the first click to repeat purchase. The role is hybrid, with four days a week in our Dübendorf office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copy, and product‑feed maintenance.
• Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, produce static and video creatives, and coordinate briefings with in‑house teams and external agencies.
• Design, implement and optimise marketing funnels across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Plan and execute growth sprints and experiments to uncover new acquisition channels and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Head of E‑Commerce on new business models, stress‑test them and iterate based on data.
• Analyse marketing and sales KPIs, translate insights into budget decisions and actionable recommendations.
• Identify and improve inefficient processes, automation opportunities and shop‑experience enhancements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a startup, scale‑up or agency environment.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced setting and taking ownership from day one.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+).
