Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our internationally active fashion brand in St. Gallen. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive business growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email, and other digital platforms.
• Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient media spend and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and improve ROI, conversion rates, and acquisition metrics.
• Maintain and enhance the company website, landing pages, and digital customer journey.
• Collaborate with content, sales, creative, and other teams for consistent messaging.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
• Build reporting dashboards and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience analysis to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a proven track record of multi‑channel strategy execution.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach.
