Junior HR Administrator

About the role

Batgroup is seeking a motivated Junior HR Administrator to join its growing team in Dübendorf. You will support the HR department with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate employee records and smooth payroll processes while contributing to a fair and transparent workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems.
• Process accident and illness reports and handle child allowance registrations.
• Communicate with authorities and social insurance institutions.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with an interest in Human Resources.
• Initial experience in personnel administration is a plus.
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style.
• Strong written and spoken German skills and good English proficiency.
• Discreet, team‑oriented, and service‑focused personality.
• Willingness to travel regularly (≈20%) to the Basel branch office.
