Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Zurich. Due to business expansion, the role will provide exceptional service to clients and candidates. The main purpose is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfil existing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long‑term relationships
• Cover account management and delivery
• Generate and share leads to widen business scope and opportunities
• Source candidates through a variety of methods
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and candidate experience

Required profile

• Previous sales, recruitment or business development experience is a must
• Previous experience with customers could be an advantage
• Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
• Sales‑driven mindset, achievement‑oriented
• Independent person with good organisation skills
