Junior HR Business Partner – Hybrid (50-100%)

About the role

As a Junior HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and HR Services at ABB Switzerland, you will support business leaders in implementing people initiatives and delivering end‑to‑end HR services. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and works council stakeholders, helping to shape a sustainable workplace aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, employees and works council to provide trust‑based HR support and drive people initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes such as talent acquisition, talent management, salary review and engagement actions.
• Manage employee relations, change management and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Swiss labour law.
• Act as Hosting Manager for globally hosted positions and contribute to regional and global HR projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnering or strong desire to move into an HRBP role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in cross‑functional, culturally diverse environments.
