Lead Divisional Talent Partner (Global)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Lead Divisional Talent Partner to act as the single point of contact for all talent acquisition matters across the division. You will align hiring strategies with business objectives, support senior and critical hiring needs, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with TA leadership, HR, and business leaders on workforce planning, forecasting, and capability mapping.
• Provide talent market insights to guide location decisions, build‑vs‑buy choices, and risk mitigation.
• Lead talent pooling for critical and emerging roles and embed DEI principles into hiring pipelines.
• Manage sourcing capabilities, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with global TA standards.
• Serve as escalation point for divisional TA issues and drive continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to global and regional TA initiatives, share best practices, and support design projects or pilots.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including in‑house or international search firm exposure.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple countries while maintaining a consistent global approach.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using talent data to influence strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
