Junior Legal Counsel (Project Assignment)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join a short‑term project for a client in Zurich. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of operational, commercial and compliance matters within the Swiss healthcare and insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on operational, commercial and compliance‑related issues.
• Assist HR with employment‑law questions and related matters.
• Draft, review and implement internal policies and procedural documents.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including healthcare insurance law, administrative law and data‑protection requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Exposure to data‑protection, employment and administrative law.
• Experience in compliance work, policy drafting and process implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss healthcare insurance law and administrative law is a plus.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
