Junior QA Batch Record Reviewer

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is recruiting a Junior QA Batch Record Reviewer for a client based in Visp. The role involves reviewing executed electronic batch records in the MES system Syncade and supporting the quality documentation process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely and independent reviews of executed electronic batch records (eBRs) in MES Syncade, ensuring operations batch records are accurate, complete and ready for QA review.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing and Quality teams to clarify and resolve documentation issues.
• Initiate and support the management of Quality Records (CAPAs and deviations) linked to batch record review observations.
• Support the preparation of the documentation package so that QA can release batches quickly.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in batch record review (electronic batch records preferred) or in manufacturing.
• Previous experience in the GDP and GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or API industry.
• Ability to identify non-compliance and gaps against quality standards.
• Very good communication skills, strong team orientation and ability to work under pressure.
