Junior RCS Project Manager – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Junior RCS Project Manager to support the coordination and implementation of cross‑functional transformation projects across the Europe region. Based in Meyrin (Geneva), you will work with the Richemont Europe Teams to drive digital transformation, data management and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new dashboards and analytics tools to support operations and document process flows.
• Streamline data‑management processes for the customer‑service function across the Europe region.
• Contribute to project scoping, governance, milestones and deliverables.
• Define and monitor action plans, animate meetings and prepare minutes.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps between current and target processes, document best practices and drive automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Business.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
• Result‑oriented, collaborative, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
