Junior Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote

About the role

SwissPeak Partners is seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its fully remote team. You will learn the end‑to‑end recruitment process across IT, engineering, healthcare, finance and other regulated sectors, working directly with consultants and clients throughout Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a candidate network through active sourcing on LinkedIn, referrals and cold calls.
• Own the full recruitment pipeline from first contact to signed offer, managing your workload independently.
• Conduct substantive interviews, assess candidates honestly and prepare them for each recruitment stage.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and tailor searches accordingly.
• Write and post job advertisements, creating talent pools for recurring roles.
• Guide candidates through offers, contracts and onboarding, maintaining post‑placement contact.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date to ensure team visibility and efficiency.

Required profile

• Enjoys speaking with people and is confident on the phone as well as in writing.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, takes initiative and is driven to see personal results.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant experience; drive matters more than titles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
