Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

Join Vontobel’s Private Clients Division to develop a network of high‑net‑worth Italian‑speaking clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering integrated investment, fiduciary, credit and banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of HNWI/UHNWI clients in the Italian‑speaking market.
• Provide multi‑product recommendations and respond to changing client needs.
• Coordinate with specialists, service officers and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Identify new business development opportunities through internal and external referral networks.

Required profile

• Previous banking experience with a proven track record of client acquisition.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
