Junior Sales and Account Manager

About the role

InterHyve is looking for a motivated Junior Sales and Account Manager to join its team in Nyon. In this full‑time position you will help grow the client base across the canton of Vaud while ensuring existing customers receive top‑level service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
• Prepare, present and follow up on proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor account performance and work to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Experience in account management or customer‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technology and IT service solutions (preferred).
