Junior Sales / Business Development Manager - German Speaker (B2B Digital Marketing)

About the role

The client is a growing Swiss digital agency seeking a Junior Sales & Business Development Manager to generate new business, build long‑term client relationships and promote innovative digital growth solutions across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking and relationship building with SME clients.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, including discovery meetings, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Understand clients' commercial challenges and present digital solutions such as AI‑driven services, SEO, performance marketing and web development.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast sales and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, technology or consulting.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Consultative sales approach and strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
