Junior Sales & Business Development Manager – German Speaker

About the role

The client is a growing Swiss digital agency seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop long‑term client relationships and promote innovative digital growth solutions across the Swiss market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking and relationship building with SME clients across Switzerland.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, presenting and selling digital solutions such as AI‑driven services, SEO, performance marketing and web development.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast sales and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with internal digital, creative and technical specialists to develop tailored solutions and cross‑sell additional services.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, technology or consulting.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset and comfortable working autonomously in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
