Junior Sales Representative (French/Italian)

About the role

MyBikePlan sells premium e-bikes with a 0% financing model and wants a Sales Trainee fluent in French and Italian to start hands-on sales from day one. You will work on-site in the Zurich office, reaching out to potential customers over 6 to 12 months and guiding them from first contact through to delivery. A path to a fixed position exists if the fit is right.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation from Romandie and Ticino (inbound and outbound) by phone, email or video call
• Advise customers on e-bikes, financing options and services, and run sales and consultation calls focused on closing
• Take part in events, trade shows and promotional campaigns
• Guide customers personally from first contact to purchase and build lasting relationships
• Follow up open quotes and stay on top of follow-ups
• Record sales activities in the CRM and manage your own pipeline

Required profile

• Fluent French and Italian; good English (corporate language), German not required
• Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit
• Willing to work on-site in Zurich (home office possible on selected days after onboarding)
• Enjoyment of active selling and new customer acquisition
• Strong communication skills, independent and closing-focused, self-motivated
• Career changers from hospitality, gastronomy or service are welcome; no prior sales experience needed
