Junior Sales Specialist

About the role

EDV Werke is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist to help grow its client base for SAP and Industry 4.0 solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to contact prospects, manage relationships and support the delivery of technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Actively develop existing business and devise strategies to reach new prospects.
• Contact clients via telephone and email and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Manage social‑media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
• Educate prospects about product terminology, features and benefits to drive engagement.
• Perform administrative tasks such as handling post.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (full professional proficiency).
• Customer‑service experience in B2B or B2C lead‑generating environments.
• Background or experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a matrix organization and embrace a team‑culture approach.
