Junior Sales Staff Radiopharmacy

About the role

In this part-time role at Inselspital, you combine inside and field sales activities. You support the inside sales team with the processing, confirmation and planning of daily customer orders, and together with the Sales Engineer you build and maintain strong customer relationships and prepare regular sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders, including internal coordination and scheduling
• Support B2B customers by phone and in writing
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system
• Support administrative and organisational tasks
• Support the sales engineer in preparing for client visits
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Monitor market and customer developments in the radiopharmaceutical market

Required profile

• Completed commercial, medical, pharmaceutical or comparable education
• Initial professional experience in sales, purchase or customer service in a B2B environment is an advantage
• Interest in healthcare and in radiopharmaceutical products
• Strong customer focus and a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work regularly on early shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working, entrepreneurial mindset

Required skills

• Very good proficiency in German, French and English
• Good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus ERP is an advantage
