Junior Windows Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Windows Systems Administrator to maintain and automate our Windows infrastructure in a fast‑paced trading environment. You will work on servers, workstations and network services while ensuring security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Automate Windows server and workstation build, configuration, deployment and administration using PowerShell, CMD, Python, Ansible and Group Policy.
• Configure and operate Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMB and Certificate Authority services.
• Harden security infrastructure and support rapid market response.
• Develop and maintain disaster‑recovery and continuity plans, including gold‑copy backups.
• Manage trade and support workstations: purchase, provision, configure, troubleshoot and liaise with vendors.
• Document procedures and enforce naming conventions and inventory in NetBox.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT education or experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS zones, DHCP scopes and WSUS.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerShell and willingness to work with Python, Bash or Ansible.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time in a dynamic environment.
