About the role
Caynova, a leading provider of comfort features for aircraft seats, is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join its Langenthal office. You will act as the main bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and long‑term relationship growth.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers from project initiation through contract finalisation, ensuring all terms, scope, costs and timelines are accurately captured.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle (ITCM to product or shipset delivery), guaranteeing customer requirements are met with precision.
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for issue resolution, coordinating with service partners to address malfunctions quickly.
- Support New Business Development by sharing insights gathered from customer interactions to identify pipeline opportunities.
- Manage warranty claims, ensuring timely processing, replacements or repairs, and coordinate cabin inspections when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Proven key‑account management experience, preferably in the commercial aircraft cabin industry.
- Strong understanding of aircraft seating system requirements.
- Excellent English communication (native or C1); German (B1/B2) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
