Key Account Manager – Customer & Contract Management

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at SAAB Bofors Dynamics Switzerland, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the company, overseeing complex projects and long‑term relationships in a technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise existing and potential customers, serving as the central point of contact.
• Prepare offers, conduct contract negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain oversight of ongoing contracts and monitor execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure clear information flow.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to promote products and services.
• Assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies, including mid‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Technical education combined with business, marketing or sales training, or a commercial education with strong technical exposure.
• Several years of experience in key account and project management within a technically driven B2B environment.
• Strong technical understanding and experience handling offers, contracts and complex projects.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) and German or Swedish at B2 level.
• Confident presentation skills and experience dealing with international stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 20‑40%).
