Key Account Manager – Grocery & Retail

About the role

Just Eat Takeaway.com is expanding its grocery delivery service across Western Switzerland. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with major supermarket and retail partners, ensuring commercial targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic grocery and retail accounts, maintaining strong relationships and driving business continuity.
• Onboard and train new and existing stores, providing troubleshooting support.
• Develop and execute account plans that include expansion opportunities, marketing initiatives and enhanced customer experiences.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts with key partners.
• Produce and analyse sales performance reports, presenting insights to management.
• Advise partners on optimal use of Just Eat’s solutions such as discounts, deals and stamp cards.
• Share best practices and train colleagues within the Grocery & Retail team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy or a service‑oriented industry.
• Native French speaker with professional English proficiency; additional Italian or German is a plus.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Client‑focused, agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
