Key Account Manager – ICT (Olten or Emmen)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site ICT Key Account Manager position is based in Olten or Emmen and focuses on acquiring new logos while growing strategic customer relationships for T&N. You will act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, finance and support teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage renewal processes.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market/competitor analyses.
• Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and ability to handle complex requests.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in German and English.
