About the role
Hercle is seeking a Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic B2B clients in the fintech and payments space. You will be the primary contact for high‑value accounts, responsible for retention, growth, and long‑term partnership development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Drive renewals and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure clients maximise the value of Hercle’s solutions.
- Track account health, usage metrics, and revenue performance, flagging risks early.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to influence product and service improvements.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of B2B account management, client success, or a closely related commercial role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex client relationships and revenues.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Data‑driven approach to customer metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
- Self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to own accounts without escalation.
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
