Key Account Manager Oncology – Western Switzerland

About the role

As a Key Account Manager Oncology at Ipsen, you will own the business for your assigned territory in Western Switzerland, driving sustainable growth within the Swiss oncology landscape. You will work cross‑functionally to position Ipsen as a trusted partner for patients, healthcare providers and the broader system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the territory independently, aligning with overall brand strategy and owning sales performance, market share and KPI achievement.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies based on market insights, data analysis and value‑driven customer engagements.
• Use Veeva CRM consistently for business planning and decision‑making, manage the local marketing budget and ensure successful product launches.
• Plan and execute events and congress activities with clear strategic objectives.
• Analyse decision‑making structures across HCPs, HCOs and networks, building professional partnerships based on credibility and trust.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare‑related field or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in oncology or similarly complex specialty‑care environments, with a proven track record of managing key accounts or territories independently.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and stakeholder management within specialised and hospital settings.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making style and self‑directed, accountable working approach.
• Fluent in English and French; conversational German; valid Swiss work permit and driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM.
