About the role
As a Key Account Manager for the Suisse Romande region, you will drive sales and volume growth in line with the Commercial Cards strategy. You will manage and deepen relationships with international partners, ensuring a systematic account‑management approach.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and volume targets aligned with the Commercial Cards strategy.
- Develop and maintain international business relationships.
- Implement a systematic account‑management model for key clients and partners.
- Create and continuously update concepts, guidelines, policies and manuals for your area of expertise.
- Establish control processes and ensure they are followed.
- Participate in cross‑departmental projects, co‑develop new products and support organisational matters.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration.
- At least six years of sales experience in the banking sector.
- Dynamic, assertive sales personality with strong customer focus.
- Analytical, conceptual and risk‑management understanding.
- High resilience, motivation and structured, goal‑oriented work style.
- Fluent French (native), good German and English.
Required skills
- Proficient use of standard MS Office applications.
