Key Account Manager – Transportation & Mobility

About the role

Worldline is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its Transportation & Mobility team within the Merchant Services – Enterprise Self Service division. You will be responsible for a portfolio of existing parking and transportation accounts across Switzerland, building long‑term relationships and driving growth in a strategic sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing parking & transportation client accounts across Switzerland.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the existing account base.
• Monitor account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal product, technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay abreast of mobility industry trends in Switzerland by engaging with forums, associations and networking events.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (required); French is a strong plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in the payment sector or in transportation and mobility.
• Strong autonomy and initiative, able to navigate internal organisations and demanding customer relationships.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Well‑organised, results‑driven and able to take ownership.

Required skills

• Interest in technical topics related to payments and mobility (no deep technical expertise required).
