Key Client Manager Switzerland & Liechtenstein

About the role

Ivoclar is looking for a Key Client Manager for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will build lasting relationships between people, ideas and business opportunities to create sustainable value for customers. The role covers acquiring and developing key accounts such as Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), partner laboratories, universities and regional opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop key accounts such as DSOs, partner laboratories, universities and regional opinion leaders.
• Contribute to the development of the key client strategy and coordinate all activities related to your customer segment.
• Conduct annual business reviews and negotiate customer-specific agreements.
• Analyze revenue and margins and coordinate speaker engagements, congresses and events for your customer segment.

Required profile

• Training in dentistry, business administration or a commercial field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the dental market and an established industry network (ideal).
• Familiarity with the Swiss dental market and its customer segments.
• Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
• Confident negotiation style, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
