Knowledge Systems Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Systems Lead to shape the organization, access, and consumption of critical information within a fast‑scaling healthcare AI environment. The role blends knowledge management, product experience, and structured content design to support highly technical and regulated products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the taxonomy, navigation, and overall architecture of the customer‑facing knowledge base.
• Design and maintain content models, metadata frameworks, and reusable templates.
• Translate complex regulatory and technical guidance into clear, structured documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, subject‑matter experts, and customer experience teams to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Use search analytics and content performance data to identify gaps and improve discoverability.
• Optimize knowledge assets for both human users and AI‑driven retrieval systems, ensuring versioning and machine‑readability.
• Define and enforce governance standards for knowledge creation and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical documentation, information architecture, or related fields.
• Background in complex, technical B2B or regulated environments, preferably healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable information structures.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles as they relate to information design.
