Lead Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Proclinical is looking for a Lead Supply Chain Planner to drive strategic planning and execution of product supply activities. You will act as the primary bridge between demand and supply, ensuring product availability throughout the product lifecycle and supporting successful launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans for commercial assets to guarantee product availability.
• Resolve short‑term supply issues and coordinate solutions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Balance demand and supply across external manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and commercial quality functions.
• Manage inventory levels, long‑range planning, and lifecycle changes for commercial assets.
• Identify and mitigate long‑term demand and supply challenges, advising on network capacity strategies.
• Lead complex life‑cycle management projects across supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous‑improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes in a supply‑chain context is a plus.
