About the role

We are seeking motivated Leadership Development Business Partners to join our network in Switzerland and Germany. This entrepreneurial opportunity allows you to build and scale a leadership development practice under the globally recognised LMI brand, combining sales expertise with facilitation of proven development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, build relationships and close sales for LMI leadership development solutions.
• Facilitate and coach participants through the Total Leader process, delivering measurable impact.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio while leveraging LMI’s global resources.
• Collaborate with a community of professionals across more than 80 countries.

Required profile

• Purpose‑driven with a passion for developing people and organisations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales orientation.
• Growth mindset, resilience and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business, leadership or management roles.
