About the role

Les Roches seeks a passionate Lecturer to join its Crans‑Montana campus, delivering innovative hospitality and experience‑economy education to motivated students. You will design, deliver, and assess courses that align with the institution’s teaching philosophy and academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare up to four distinct courses, creating Scheme of Work, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
• Integrate Moodle and active‑learning techniques into delivery, applying constructive alignment.
• Apply APA referencing throughout course materials where appropriate.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments, ensuring student availability and support.
• Assess student performance, maintain grading statistics, and achieve a minimum evaluation score of 3.5 for knowledge acquisition.
• Participate in faculty development, reflect on teaching practice, and incorporate feedback from workshops and student observations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic educator committed to academic excellence and student development.
• Experience in higher‑education teaching, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
• Ability to design curricula that meet undergraduate and graduate competency standards.
