Legal AI Prompt Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking legal professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems that work with legal documents and workflows. This remote contractor position blends modern AI technology with meticulous legal documentation, making it ideal for detail‑oriented, process‑driven individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating clear prompts and reference responses based on real legal documents, contracts, policies, and procedural steps.
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses for legal accuracy, completeness, clarity, and compliance with guidelines, providing concise rationales.
• Perform precise legal data annotation, extracting information from paper‑based or scanned records and entering it into structured digital formats while flagging ambiguities and inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with legal documentation and workflows such as drafting, reviewing, filing, summarizing, and matter management.
• Familiarity with structured, paper‑heavy environments (courts, municipalities, agencies, universities, hospitals, NGOs) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, able to spot inconsistencies in dates, parties, citations, numbering, and cross‑references.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency for understanding guidelines and collaborating asynchronously.
• Comfort with Word/Google Docs, PDFs, and redlining/track‑changes tools.
