Legal Compliance Advisor – Crypto & Token Regulation (part‑time)

About the role

Pixagram, a Swiss‑based decentralized social platform for pixel‑art NFTs, is looking for a part‑time Legal Compliance Advisor. You will help shape the regulatory framework for its multi‑jurisdictional token ecosystem, ensuring that the chain and its entities operate within FINMA and international securities rules.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review inter‑company agreements across the Swiss, Cayman Islands and Panama entities.
• Prepare the supplementary FINMA Unterstellungsanfrage covering the PXA and PXSD tokens.
• Draft the Terms of Service for the Pixagram UI operated by the Panama subsidiary.
• Identify jurisdiction‑specific restrictions and create a controlled vocabulary for the team.
• Participate in a weekly call and be available for ad‑hoc legal questions.

Required profile

• Swiss‑based legal professional with proven experience in crypto, digital‑asset or fintech compliance.
• Comfortable interpreting FINMA rulings and technical protocol specifications.
• Independent, highly organized and accustomed to a fast‑moving startup environment.
