Legal Counsel, International

About the role

BridgeBio is seeking an International Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. Reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel, Legal International, you will act as a hands‑on legal business partner supporting pre‑launch activities and ensuring compliance across the company’s international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracting and launch‑readiness agreements for new medicines.
• Conduct promotional material reviews and oversee digital channel compliance.
• Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Balance speed and risk by advising when to accelerate initiatives or pause for further review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate legal considerations into product development and commercialization.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney with experience in the biopharma or biotechnology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an internal legal partner on complex, international projects.
• Strong judgment in assessing commercial and regulatory risks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and external partners.
