Legal Counsel (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our international business operations from Switzerland. The role is fully remote and involves providing practical legal guidance across commercial, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, service, marketing, partnership and confidentiality contracts.
• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, contractual and regulatory issues to internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Support licensing activities, regulatory compliance, license applications, renewals and ongoing obligations in various jurisdictions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess business impact and recommend actions to maintain compliance.
• Contribute to corporate structuring, M&A, due diligence, transaction documentation and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Compliance and Finance on governance, AML, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing internal policies, privacy documentation, terms and conditions and other legal frameworks.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulators and advisors while identifying legal risks and delivering commercial solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree obtained in an EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in iGaming, online gambling, fintech, cryptocurrency or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, contract and regulatory law.
• Experience supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice.
