Legal Counsel, Sales Market CH

About the role

As a Legal Counsel for the Sales Market in Switzerland, you will ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks and support business decisions across the sales organisation. You will work closely with sales leadership and global legal teams to draft and review contracts, manage disputes and implement governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce legal standards, templates and strategies for the sales market.
• Negotiate, draft and review contracts and agreements, including lease agreements.
• Conduct judicial enquiries, due‑diligence processes and identify legal risks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with global and local legal requirements and support their application.
• Support tendering processes and safeguard the company in contractual matters.
• Handle and settle disputes and other legal matters.
• Establish routines for documentation, contracting and administration with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Legal degree.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to leasing or real estate.
• Experience coaching, supporting and inspiring team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to assess risk, articulate consequences and make decisions under tight timelines.
• Structured, analytical and detail‑oriented.
