About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team remotely on a contract basis. You will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure our contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and contribute to due‑diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate matters.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal AI applications, managing multi‑turn conversational flows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve legal tools and applications.
