Über die Position

In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie die strategische und operative Neuausrichtung des Human Resources Managements und gestalten die Zukunft des Solothurnischen Zentrums Oberwald aktiv mit.

Hauptaufgaben

Definition und Umsetzung einer proaktiven Personalstrategie.
Etablierung von Best‑Practice‑HR‑Prozessen, -Richtlinien und -Systemen.
Stärkung des Employer Brandings.
Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen mit Praxisnähe und Realitätssinn.

Anforderungsprofil

Breite Fach‑ und hohe Sozialkompetenz.
Führungsperson mit Vertrauen und Akzeptanz bei Gesprächspartnern.
Überzeugende Persönlichkeit, die Erfolge entscheidend beeinflusst.
