About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner/Operator to launch and run its football‑focused brand in Geneva. You will be responsible for building a vibrant local community, managing day‑to‑day operations, and delivering a high‑quality game experience to players.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Geneva.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality game experience that retains players.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.
