Line Coordinator - Production Team Lead

About the role

PMI is looking for a Line Coordinator in Neuchatel to ensure the efficient operation of its production line(s). The role leads a production team during the shift and turns production priorities into clear actions. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone close to operations who takes ownership of results and combines high standards with supportive people leadership. Shift work may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team, supporting performance, development and long-term career growth
• Promote the safety culture and foster a preventive/predictive approach
• Monitor line performance, identify emerging losses and coordinate timely actions to meet the production plan
• Oversee the Daily Management Systems (BOS, QBOS, CL, CIL...) and ensure they enable the team to focus on priorities
• Run Daily Direction Setting (DDS) using operational data
• Ensure accurate input of operating data from the production floor and structured handovers between shifts

Required profile

• High school degree with a technical background
• Experience in manufacturing, team management and quality management systems
• French proficiency and a good level of English
• Flexibility to work in shifts
