Logistics Operator – 12‑month contract (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operator to keep laboratory operations running smoothly in Switzerland. The role involves managing inventory, warehouse activities and coordinating shipments for analytical and technical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laboratory supplies, ensuring accurate inventory control.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as requisitioning, restocking consumables, chemicals and other materials using 6S and Kanban systems.
• Handle receipt and dispatch of pharmaceutical samples and technical shipments following internal procedures.
• Provide administrative support for logistics processes.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
• Assist with and lead logistics‑related projects and warehousing improvements.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; basic spoken German.
• Good interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Background in logistics through education or apprenticeship.
• Minimum three years of logistics experience preferred.
