Logistics Operator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Proclinical is looking for a Logistics Operator to support laboratory and office logistics for a six‑month period. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments of analytical and technical materials, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory supplies through accurate inventory control.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as requisitioning, restocking consumables, chemicals and other materials.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of pharmaceutical samples and technical items.
• Provide administrative support for logistical operations.
• Work closely with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and quality.
• Assist and lead logistics‑related projects.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; basic German is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Degree or apprenticeship in logistics preferred.
