Luxury Sales Advisor – Boutique Retail

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Luxury Sales Advisor to join Shirò Pagani Boutique, a unique destination that blends the world of Pagani hypercars with Shirò’s handcrafted leather excellence. In this role you will deliver an unforgettable, high‑touch experience to an international clientele, representing two iconic Italian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience to an international clientele.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
• Present products confidently, highlighting craftsmanship, heritage and exclusivity.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
• Assist with stock management, inventory and daily boutique operations.
• Represent the boutique with professionalism, elegance and meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Available immediately with a valid Swiss work permit.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury fashion or ready‑to‑wear retail.
• C1 level proficiency in both English and French (additional language a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset and passion for luxury retail.
• Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
