Luxury Travel Consultant (80‑100% FTE)

About the role

Join the new “Seventh Star” boutique travel agency in Andermatt and become the face of luxury travel for guests seeking unforgettable journeys to El Gouna and other Orascom destinations. You will listen to clients, inspire them with stories, and craft tailor‑made itineraries that bring the “Peak to Sea” concept to life.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in and referred guests, gather travel dates, group profile, interests, accommodation wishes, budget and decision timing.
• Present destinations with personal storytelling using approved materials and explain hotels, experiences, packages, seasonal considerations and practical travel information.
• Prepare travel proposals, coordinate bookings with partners and guide clients through the entire process.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, follow‑ups and booking statuses in the CRM.
• Host guests with beverages and light hospitality, support hotel and concierge referrals, partner visits, client events and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales or a related customer‑service discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in travel consulting, reservations, concierge, luxury retail or premium hospitality.
• Experience in needs analysis, proposal preparation and booking coordination.
• Fluent German and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Availability for weekends, events and seasonal peaks.

Required skills

• Confident use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with booking, payment and follow‑up platforms.
