M365 Expert

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova's new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team to drive the company’s cloud‑first strategy and shape a modern digital workplace. As the M365 Expert you will own the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, ensure its security and scalability, and champion adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, delivering secure and standardized solutions.
• Drive adoption through rollouts, change initiatives, training sessions, webinars and community activities, using insights to refine the roadmap.
• Co‑define M365 standards and policies, implement lifecycle and access controls, and collaborate with Security & Compliance to meet data protection requirements.
• Act as the third‑level expert for M365 services, supporting incident, problem and change management and providing documentation to Service Desk and Operations teams.
• Translate business needs into solutions, advise stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on M365 projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration or consulting, preferably in large‑scale or enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical experts and business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Exchange Online.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance and security.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation (preferred).
