M&A Integration Lead

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end integration of acquisitions and other non‑organic growth initiatives into ABB Robotics, translating transaction objectives into sustainable business value while protecting key capabilities and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Translate transaction objectives, business cases and synergy commitments into clear integration priorities, governance structures and execution plans.
• Coordinate integration activities across Business Lines and Functions such as Finance, People & Culture, Legal, IS and Operations.
• Partner with business leaders to decide where capabilities, processes and platforms should be standardized, retained or differentiated.
• Ensure critical capabilities, customer relationships and key talent are maintained throughout the integration.
• Monitor progress against business case, synergy targets and integration milestones to deliver acquisition value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in post‑merger integration, M&A, strategy or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional integrations and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities and drive results in international, multicultural environments.
