Operating System & Performance Measurement Lead

About the role

Lead the design and implementation of ABB Robotics' Operating System and enterprise performance framework, translating strategy into measurable objectives and governance mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Operating System, establishing management routines and governance.
• Build an integrated enterprise performance framework linking strategy, financial outcomes and operational execution.
• Establish and run the Executive Committee operating cadence, including performance reviews and decision‑making processes.
• Create a single source of truth for performance data to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Align KPI definitions, ownership and reporting across Business Lines, Functions, Finance and Data teams.
• Identify and eliminate duplication and non‑value‑adding measures to simplify performance management.
• Lead and develop a team to continuously improve the Operating System.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in enterprise performance management, operating systems, strategy execution or business transformation in a global organization.
• Proven track record of designing KPI frameworks, management routines and performance governance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions and geographies and drive change through collaboration.
