Required profile

• Master’s degree (e.g., business, engineering, economics) with strong academic results.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships, working‑student roles, or full‑time).
• Analytical mindset, structured and proactive approach, fluent in German and English.
• Curiosity about organizational function and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, project‑based settings.
