Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration

About the role

The Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration will lead the definition and deployment of Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration across third‑party logistics sites within Johnson & Johnson MedTech's future asset‑light supply chain model. The role works closely with global transformation, IT, and regional delivery teams to ensure consistent, scalable execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS operations across the global network.
• Collaborate with Systems Strategy and IT to translate operational needs into system and integration specifications.
• Develop and deploy integration frameworks, process standards, and playbooks for 3PL WMS.
• Drive governance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes and integration approaches.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or partner coordination roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with WMS/TMS implementation and asset‑light logistics models.
