Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader

About the role

The Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader is the business authority for operational excellence across Johnson & Johnson MedTech's global distribution network. This senior role defines and governs standards, drives continuous improvement, and ensures consistent execution across owned and third‑party logistics sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define, deploy and govern global operational standards for all distribution centers, ensuring consistency across J&J‑owned and 3PL‑operated facilities.
• Lead benchmarking, cost‑to‑deliver modeling and performance analytics to provide data‑driven insights for network optimization.
• Own continuous‑improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, visual management) and establish global communities of practice.
• Act as the Global Business Process Owner, approving standards, managing deviations and aligning processes with customer‑centric outcomes.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global team, driving talent development, succession planning and inclusive leadership.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive experience in supply‑chain operations, operational excellence or distribution/warehouse management.
• Proven track record of deploying operational standards across global logistics networks, preferably in medical device or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in benchmarking, process mapping and data mining.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent)
• APICS, CSCP or equivalent supply‑chain certification
